If you wish to cancel your attendance at the 7th Nordic Montessori Conference, you may be eligible for a refund of the conference fee if an e-mail notification is received by Montessori Norge in time.

Please make note that you will have to contact the conference hotel directly to make any changes or cancellations of your room reservations.

The deadlines for notifying Montessori Norge and corresponding refund implications are as follows:

• Before 1 April 2022: The participant will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees paid.
• Refunds will not be made for cancellations received later than (and including) 1 April 2022. 

If you are unable to attend, you may also transfer your registration to someone else, free of charge. Please contact Montessori Norge if you wish to use this option.

If the conference is canceled due to safety measures regarding the corona-virus pandemic, no conference fee will be charged.
